Regular Trail Rides sizes are between 2 and 25 riders. Discounts are available for individual groups of 10 or more riders.
Regular Trail Rides are a combination of· walking and trotting (Suitable for beginners) A friendly and knowledgeable guide(s) always escorts this single file ride. Galloping is not permitted on this ride, please reserve an advanced trail ride if you wish to gallop. For a walk only ride please reserve a private trail ride.
Private Trail Rides are for riders that don't want to be with other riders and want to be able to customize their ride. Perfect for couples, nervous riders and young children. A friendly and knowledgeable guide(s) always escorts the ride. For galloping please reserve an advanced trail ride. Discounts are available for groups of 3 or more riders.
Advanced Trail Rides are a private ride with specific horses to allow for galloping. Galloping is always dependent on all riders being experienced enough and on the trail conditions. Helmets are mandatory for this ride. A friendly and knowledgeable guide(s) always escorts this ride.
Single Riders may join a ride already reserved or pay for two riders.
Children under six years old are not permitted to trail ride. Pony rides are available on weekends and daily during July and August.
Children from six to eight years of age must be accompanied by an adult on the trail rides.

Trail Riding in Southern Ontario
We offer the best Trail Riding in Southern Ontario. Get away from cities like Hamilton, Oakville, Mississauga, Buffalo and Toronto and trail ride on quiet, peaceful trails. Lose your stress as you travel through over 300 acres of winding paths and peaceful woods; viewing wildlife in its natural state. Learn about the different plant and animal species native to this area. On your horse ride, view an interesting array of fossils from 380 million years ago that are found in the abandoned quarries.
Our knowledgeable and experienced guides provide you with plenty of information about the area you ride through as well as the horses you ride. Prior horseback riding experience is not necessary, our trail rides are designed for the comfort of beginner horse riders.

Weight Limit: Keep in mind that trail riding is a physical activity.· Riders must be able to mount and dismount without assistance (a small stool is provided) and larger riders will be placed on large horses that are capable of carrying their weight.· Riders must be able to fit into the saddles that are provided.· We reserve the right to refuse rides to anyone not meeting these qualifications. Typically the maximum weight is 300 lbs.

Reservation Policy
Rides operate rain, shine or snow with cancellations made for severe weather conditions only.
Cancellation policy: Reservations may be changed up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled ride without charge. A $10 service charge applies to all cancellations.
We are conveniently located in Niagara, along Lake Erie just minutes from Long Beach, Sherkston, Port Colborne, and Welland. We are a short 30 minute drive from St. Catharines, Niagara Falls and Grimsby. Hamilton is 60 minutes and from the Exhibition grounds in Toronto we are a 90 minute drive. For our visitors from Western New York, we are a 30 minute drive from the Peace Bridge in Buffalo and Fort Erie.
